I would sand 'em with 1500/2000-grit sandpaper and buff with 3M foam polishing pad glaze with a rotary buffer(if you have experience with one) with a foam pad...best way i can think of..

If you can't physically scrub them off its most likely from acid rain damaging your clearcoat, I would wet sand with 2000 grit lighty and buff repeat if necessary, be careful to not go through the clear coat, if your not experienced with this or comfortable take it to a professional.

I don't have a orbital buffer, but could I just sand lightly with 2000g after I wash it, then wash again?.

And could I polish the entire car to get it to shine? With some polish an a hand pad thing lol?

Once you wetsand, you have to buff or the clearcoat won't shine...

All I could say is have fun buffing by hand!haha!

No, but seriously you'd be better off taking it to a pro and get it done right and not mess the paint up...

Lol! Those are the best ways to get rid of em cause if the clearcoat gets messed up its time for a repaint(who would want that)! :/ but if they're not that noticeable, a good wax would conceal them a bit more...

System always comes first for a basshead tho!haha!
