knukonceptz klmx power wire

so my build is about to start real soon and i saw a few negative reviews on the copper clad aluminum klmx wire that knukonceptz offers! its a 4 gauge thats gonna power both of my amps.. or did the people who used it not know what the hell they are talking about

negative reviews how? where did you see said negative reviews? i have KLMX 1/0 for big 3 and it works fine...

edit: oh yeah btw the klmx is bigger wire than it states, like 4 gauge is like 2 gauge almost. i had to snip off a bunch of strands to get that 1/0 wire in a 1/0 terminal...shouldve gotten 2/0 terminals haha. just think about that when you buy ring terminals and etc.

It'll work, it just won't carry the same kind of current that pure copper would. It's also less flexible.

thanks i appreciate it! but i had looked at some forum on yahoo i believe it was and somebody said the wire had caught on fire when he tried to solder it.. but imma cut a piece of this 4awg and see if it fits in my amp because it does look pretty thick. and i JUST got the ring terminals lol so hope they fit or imma raise hell

I like my KLMX. havent had any problems with it, but I will be swapping it out for welding cable or Kolossus when I do my big setup
