AI James
sucks that it would be louder with less woofer.. your shoving to much into a small space.
craracer05
sucks that it would be louder with less woofer.. your shoving to much into a small space. There's more than enough air space for three 12"s. If your going to to be so critical on everything you should throw in some reasoning behind your methods. 2007 Scion Tc- T1500.1bdcp & t600.4, Three P3D212's Ported at 40hz, T2 6.5" Components, Rockford Marine 8" coax's. AI James
because ive built for scion TC and theres barely enough room for a good ported box for 2 12s and no theres not "more then enough room" for 3 if those 3 arent doing at least a 145 and sound great on music, then it was a waste of buying 3 and cramming them in there
craracer05
I'm not going ported because there is barely room for 2 12"s ported, which I agree with you on. I had a car with four P2 12"S sealed a prime 1000 trunk setup do 140. I would hope I could pull a 145. Right now I'm looking at about 1.15-1.20 ft^3 a woofer sealed. You could call it crammed but pretty much anything you put in a tc is. If the car wasn't so new still I would wall the shit out of it and call it day. I appreciate your input, but I need more in depth opinions because I'm always looking to learn something new. Not trying to argue or anything like that. 2007 Scion Tc- T1500.1bdcp & t600.4, Three P3D212's Ported at 40hz, T2 6.5" Components, Rockford Marine 8" coax's. craracer05
3 sealed i can get louder with 1 sub on the same power in your trunk So could I, but this is what I'm using so get over it. I have reasons behind the equipment I'm using. Plus this is just a daily not a SPL car. 2007 Scion Tc- T1500.1bdcp & t600.4, Three P3D212's Ported at 40hz, T2 6.5" Components, Rockford Marine 8" coax's.
