Amp Help/opinions Wanted

I am starting to save up for a new amp. I don't need something really nice, just more powerful. I have a question, I have 4gauge power and ground wire, the kit said they were good to 760wrms, how high of an RMS amp is safe to run on it? I also would like opinions on a few cheap amps. Keep in mind, I know these amps aren't T40001's, I just want to know if they are reliable and if they put out what they say. Out of these three, which is the best value?

I'm not looking to get anything refurbished, like I said, it doesn't have to be nice, just reliable and put out 800ish WRMS.

I would take a refurbed RF amp over any of the other mentioned, they do come with warranties, and RF refurbs them, you cant beat it.

Why does Rockford Fosgate only rate the T3002 @ 300wrms @2 ohms if it's 838? That is a huge difference, they could have called it a T6002 and had plenty of headroom couldn't they?
