WE do at discount tire, some guy left his car and we had the keys but left it out side over night. his flip out was gone by morning and we ended up paying for it but i think that might be different that getting damage to the outside of the car at a store.

Its not our fault that people dont put the carts where they belong. But i must say that your car does look good and it sucks that it happened. I also try and park clear of other cars. You work at discount tire? I work at firestone, the'yre both part of bridgestone right? Anywho a lot of those chain businesses strive for customer satisfaction, they have employees to take care of the carts and it's their fault if the carts are not managed. Not that it matters now that the OP's time frame is closed for possibly getting his car fixed, taking it the MOD or even higher in the chain to make sure it got fixed would be the best course of action.
