I have 2 12's right now on 1k and they hit damn hard and damn low but I need something to shut up the dumb kids at school who think they know everything just because they have been lucky and haven't blown a sub yet.

shouldent you NOT run dc woofers lvl4 and up sealed? or am i thinking of something else

I said option 3 and didn't even realize it sealed!!!!! I would say no way then and you should go down to two 15"s ported in a 7 ft^3 box 8)

Well, can you guys explain your answer? Do you think 1 18 on like 3k will shut up the people at my school? They arn't very loud but I alwo want to do a hairtrick

What kind of vehicle do you have? Wheres the enclosure gonna be? Is it gonna be ported or sealed? What amp(s) are you gonna have?

This will help a lot with the decision...

he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:
