Toady Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 Never ran any big subs Sundown, AA, FI ,ETC. but i've had 2 alpine type r's with sufficient electrical 14.6 steady, 2000 watts rms, and around 38hz my type R's got Pretty dang loud for what they are. Just using the ear mine was louder than 2 L7 15's in a box tuned to 36hz. Anything can get loud, but it just depends on your setup. If you spend loads of time, work in your setup, you will be louder for sure
