Rection Posted September 8, 2010 Report Share Posted September 8, 2010 (edited) whats dry ? to call a vocal track "dry" means that it is exactly as the person sang it. with the invention of pro-tools, nothing is done in one shot any more. they can take the recording, and change the pitch, and even change it emulate someone elses voice. you could take a lil john track and make it sound like madonna was singing it.
