amp for 2 15 l7

im looking for an amp to power 2 kicker 15 l7. the kicker page says the zx 1500 can handle it. since my system is a daily music system, will i be able to hear much of a difference to the zx 2500?

the zx 2500 provides 1k watts more which means i would have to spend more money on batteries etc too. i mean theres a point where you have to spend much money to have more watts but theres not much output difference.

If you run them ported, 1500 is what they want. But remember the ssf is set at 25 hz on these amps. Be careful.

I don't know the VC config you have, but if you can wire them to a final load of 1 ohm, you can get any 1500 rms (or 2000, at 1 ohm) amp.

It would be cheaper than looking for the same power at 2 ohms.

at 2 ohms, you can have the Alpine mrp something 2000, Kicker 15000 (the 2500 would be too much !),...etc
