Ive got the wire (4 guage) but my do I need to place my battery terminals or can I just run the 4 gauge to the battery the way it is? My battery has 4 posts, two negative and two positive so could I just use the secondary ones? If you don't have any empty spots to place the 4 Gaige them you better move to the other + terminal on the battery. Don't forget to upgrade the ground wires also, chassis to - battery... ant the ninja Posted September 24, 2010 Author Report Posted September 24, 2010 So I just got the balls to take my engine cover off and I realized my alt is in the easiest possible place but....now what? Theres so many wires that are coming from my alt to my battery I dont wanna mess up, I took pictures to show you. Also I have a 100amp fuse, is that enough or no? negative batt and Im guessing stock ground right next to it See all the red wires? they dont just go to the alt so would I still keep that attached?
