Mosin
Anyone? I need one to fit my 1986 Chevy S10. Motor is outta a 1987 S10. 2.5L 4cyl. I need the cable which is like 3-6" in length that goes from the bracket that attaches the actual accelerator cable to the TB pulley. Anyone know? Or of any Macguyver techniques that would work? lol Quote Derp.
dyeagain15
If you want obvious ideas, auto parts stores? If not hit up salvage yards, can always find stuff there Quote My F-150 Build (So Far) 2 DC L3 10's Kenwood KDC-X794 (4) Selenium ST200 (Highs) (2) RE X8 (Mids) Sundown Sub/Mid/High Amps Shuriken Batteries Knu Wiring My Feedback Thread
Mosin
I've consulted the local autostores and they couldn't help me without a part name or number. Every local salvage yard is "fresh outta 2.5L motors." ....Supposedly. Its all thats really holding me back from getting this heap running. lol Quote Derp. killallblue
Go to the chevy dealer
Mosin
Go to the chevy dealer I believe I would still need a part number. I've asked on the S10 Forums but they seem dead. Besides, I would go to gmpartsdirect.com before I ever over pay at a local dealer. Quote Derp.
Playa Named Joe
have the local dealer look at it, and give you a part number, then order it online. They should have mechanics that could look at and tell you what it is and look up a PN for it? Quote 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix build

bassfiend316
P/N CA-8506 1986 S-10 Accelerator cable. Get the number from autozone, but oreillys, advance, etc. should be able to cross reference. Also, I'm not real familiar with older s-10s, but unless there is a big change from 86-87, it should be the same part. You might ask them to cross reference with an 87 s10 to be sure.
