Noobtastic14
Two level 4 15s add a lvl 5 coil if you want, the flatwound is cool. do NOT (and I repeat) do NOT get "a lvl 4 with lvl 5 softparts" that is a bad idea. stick with the stock lvl 4 suspension and jam. If you want an XL get one 18" either way let that amp wire to 1ohm and your good. -Drew I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. Noobtastic14
A lvl 5 coil is fine- the lvl 4 has two soft spiders and the lvl 5 has four stiff spiders. Your lvl 4 will end up so damn inefficient and the lvl 4 motor does not have enough potential to overcome the stiffs like the lvl 5. just stick with lvl 4s and the 3000D and pound away. The BL is a great woofer as well, I just dont have any experience with it so my advice is very limited in that respect. I have however put a Crunch GP3000D Pro on my one stock lvl 4 and it took it fine so flip a coin and get loud -Drew I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. I'll wait for other responses, but after what you said, I'll probably just go with the cheaper one. notorious97200
Go with the cheaper one ! If you don't plan to compete and db drag, they both will be loud enough on 3000 real watts rms. There are a lot of subs in the market, why do you only want one of those 2 ? Just curious. Personally, I'd love to try a Mayhem (Ascendant Audio) in my car! Maybe one day ! black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 amp with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a 2.6 ft3 ported box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.

Personally, I'd love to try a Mayhem (Ascendant Audio) in my car! Maybe one day ! I also looked into IA and AQ. The ia doesnt have all the t/s specs filled out and read that AQ likes to be tuned high and hates lows I'll eventually get the mayhem. I want 2 15s as of right now.
