focalrock4life
yeah, i think sometimes the years dont get updated on the site but everything should be the same. while I'm here instead of starting a new thread. would it be better to just upgrade to the biggest Powermaster battery up front(I can fit the D2400) and leave the stock alt (which is 100 amps) or upgrade the stock alt with a Mechman alt and leave the stock battery? I'll be running about 1500wrms. So, nothing crazy but not small either. thanks! Edited September 19, 2010 by focalrock4life
MECHMAN
We have a 150 amp unit (almost full output at idle) for $375 and a 220 amp unit (135 at idle) for $449 That being said, I would probably go with the battery first and see how you like it. You could always put the 150 amp unit in if you want higher voltage. Because our unit is a large case conversion, our 150 amp kit will generally handle 2500 watts with 1-2 good battery's.
