Slawsen
So my front battery has a warranty until oct. 29 and I can already tell its gonna die soon. When i turn my ignition my stinger volt meter reads between 11.6-12v. So my question: How can I safely kill the battery in order to get a new one before my warranty expires? I was thinking to leave my lights on and let it completely die then charge it and repeat. Ideas? 00' Nissan Xterra Always under construction :] HU: Pioneer DEH3100-UB Mids & Highs: Kicker DS Component Set & Crescendo tweeters Mids & Highs Amp: Rockford 150.2 Subwoofer: 2 DC Audio LV 4 18"s Subwoofer Amp: Hifonics Brutus 2005d you been hanging out with jeff and dustin with that green paint? its yellow so it has to be loud. EclipseChris
Leave lights on, once they go out turn them off and wait a night. Turn them back on and repeat. Or if you can turn the charging voltage up to like 15v i resolve to be a nicer moderator. Tercel build R.I.P. Eclipse build Old New V-Dub My feedback. Wouldn't the car be running once you jump start it? i resolve to be a nicer moderator. Tercel build R.I.P. Eclipse build Old New V-Dub My feedback. soundzright
I would just get a good charger that would fix the battery from being left under charged. Most all warranties do not cover an ill maintained battery which is what yours is if it is resting at 12 volts.
