woodzyspl Posted October 5, 2010 Report Share Posted October 5, 2010 ok as most of you know..when those "special" people buy systems they look at watts and the size and thats it. could any pro's here explain what we should be looking for? what will determine how loud a sub will get.. what dose the magnet size have to do with how it will play? coils? xmax? bl? sensativity? and anything else we should know..say why would one sub off 1000rms be louder then another off same power? how will any of these things change how it plays..and for sq as well as spl hopeing some pros will get in here and help out some of us uneducated AUSTRALIA do i need say more? korey_hofer Posted October 7, 2010 Report Share Posted October 7, 2010 magnet size means little, my subs are gigantic but the reason they are loud is because they use the strength of the magnets in them even adding 1 or 2 more slugs the motor would not get stronger previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme.
