yes you can shoot someone on your property if you have signs up, but if they are leaving you cant the whole reason you could shoot someone and get away with it is calming self defense. how are you going to if you shoot someone in the back or legs and claim self defense? you def. wont get a self defense case but you will for sure get a man slather case against you.

I have 4 dogs, 2 no trespassing signs and 2 beware of dog signs. Although they are chihuahua's they will bite the shit out of you. As soon as they see a stranger, they will not shut up and will bite if messed with any. They have thrown bites and we've had family complain cause the dogs will throw a bite at you if you aggravate them any. We got the signs for a reason. You have been warned to not go in, so don't. If you go in there are dogs, be careful

But in your case since they have no signs, er *cough* how did you know whether or not to be aware of dogs *cough* it could of been your neighbor hurting the dog for all you know. Talk to the cops if you haven't and they should tell you what to do.

yes, i know i pay taxes, ive already paid in over 15k in income taxes this year alone, so believe me, i know about taxes. the city does not maintain my neighborhood though. in my neighborhood, we have to keep it clean. the only thing the city does here is read our water meters. they dont keep trash out of the road, they dont remove trees that fall over the road, they wont respond to loose animals, basically nothing at all.

and no, the city wont come maintain your yard either. but they will take you to court to make you maintain it. the neighbor behind me can vouch for that.........
