Yo Steve! I'm a long time lurker, but a first time poster to this thread, and all I have to say is :o. You gots mad skills!

I do have a question (I'm sure you got it covered tho) about the holes for the power wire runs ... are there grommets or do you have something else planned?

nope, no grommets. I used a step-up bit to make the holes and they are actually very smooth on the inside not jagged or sharp at all. It shouldnt be a problem. I will probably seal around them with urethane or something so they wont move or leak any air/water.
