i have 3 12'' rockford punches in the back of my bronco. i am currently running 2 sony amps one 800w other 1000w. the 1000 wat is powering 2 450 max rms subs and the other is powering a rockford p3s sub. am i overpowering this shit like should i just run all 3 on the 1000 watt amp or what?

honestly? Yes they are. If you want a reliable amp that does more than rated, and one that (mainly) everyone says is/are a great amp(s) look at Audioque 1200, SAZ1000, Rockford etcc

The first thing I would fix is the obvious. Your power and ground are waaay to small. Your box is waaay to small for 3 12's. After making a better box that is to spec for the subs and getting some bigger wire they will probly perform much better.
