Alright. So I have an 4 channel amp that does 4x70 watts at 4 ohms.

How do I go about hooking up 4 6x9's with this amp?

Can anyone give me a picture or something? And in order to get to 4 ohms do I buy 2 ohm 6x9's?

halp!

thank you :pardon:

Just run a wire from the + and - on the amp to the speaker. iirc 6x9s arent dvc, so it's just a simple connection.

i used to think a band pass was something you were around your neck or something.

so if it's a 4 ohm 6x9 and I wire + to + and - to - will it stay 4 ohms or go to 8?

4 speakers-4 channels man. as long as each speaker is 4 ohms, its positive and negative from speak, to positive and negative of amp for all 4 channels.

Yup. just wire it up positive from speaker to a channels positive, and same with the negative. Nothing will change :P
