Possible build with huge expectations...help needed

Ok, so here is the deal. I have a goal set in front of me by a customer, he wants to be playing music 158-161 aka high 50s-low 60s. This has to be done tuned no higher than 36hz. I am not interested in this doing a 160 at 50-60 hz. This is not a fart car. I want it to be able to play 35-45hz notes in the 58+ range. The vehicle is a 1996 GMC Safari Van. The plan for now is 8-12 XL 15s. The customer is fairly set on 8+ subs but is open to suggestions.

I dont want any random opinion posts here. If you have an idea please post based on the following criteria.

1) What DC Subs you would use

2) How many subs you would use

3) How much clamped power you would use per sub

4) What amps you would use to get the power

5) Summary of why you would use the subs and why you would use the amps and power you chose.

24 XL 12s, same setup as eric alexander, except hes using lvl 4s...

he has 12 sundown 1500s on 24 lvl 4s burping 60-61s at 39hz, and is very musical...

12 3ks on 24 XL 12s would be nasty....

ive sat in his box before he was burping 60s, but when he was burping 58s and that thing was nasty....

12 xl 18s on 4 ab 1100s three speakers per amp so thats 3k + a speaker 10 to 15 xs 3100s and at least 2 270 amp or bigger alts or as many as you can fit, plus 8 to 10 runs of 0g tuned to 35hz i run the xls and think they are the best all around sub i havent heard the neos or level 6 but for reliability id stick withth xl cause its proven and if you cant fit 18s then go 15s but 18s would be the shit

8 DC neo 18's think i heard they were out but can build more

4 soundigital 12-16ks

bandpass

or

6 dc lvl6 18's

3 soundigital 16ks on 16v

either one of these should do what you want of course with all the electrical to support the power of course.

For the quantity he wants the neos are out of the price range, and for the price so are 6 level 6s.

I think he is pretty set on 15s. I have the American Bass amps as an options but for 4 of them, I am looking at about $8000 maybe more. Only one alt will fit under the hood, so I am looking at upgrading to a 320amp unit. With only one alt I think 4 runs of +/- will be plenty, anymore would just be redundant.

do aq 3500s then at 750 a piece you cant beat it. 6 of those on 12 15s wow mite even do the lvl4s and save some money or step up to 16v and do xls
