the new vipers come from the factory in manual transmission mode. you have to set it up for an auto transmission. Did you do that?

did you install a remote start bypass?

does your car need one?

Ok, I have a question. I have the Viper 5901, and I have it on 2 cars with manual transmission, and they both start up and jerk forward/backward depending what gear they are in. I had Best Buy install the systems, and they insist that there isn't a way to have a manual transmission bypass, even after I called Directed Tech Support. Do you know what I'd need to do to re-engage the manual transmission mode? Thanks.

1961 Chevrolet Corvette Restomod with LS7 Swap (system upgrade will be one of the first things that I'll do)
