n8ball2013
the new vipers come from the factory in manual transmission mode. you have to set it up for an auto transmission. Did you do that? did you install a remote start bypass? does your car need one? THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger. 0nes
Automatic Transmission Mode Programming * NOTE: The “Automatic” option will need to be programmed ON to work with automatic transmissions, to do this follow the steps below. The default option “Manual” is a safety precaution that forces the installer to enable the Manual Transmission Mode (MTM) routine or program the unit to the “Automatic” option before the remote start can be activated for the first time. 1. Open car door. 2. Cycle ignition key ON then OFF. Do the next step within 10 seconds. 3. Press and hold valet switch until LED flashes 3 times (siren chirps 3 times), then release. 4. Press and release valet switch once then press and hold. Siren chirps once. 5. While still holding the valet switch, press UNLOCK button of transmitter. Siren chirps 2 times. 6. Release valet switch. Cycle ignition key ON then OFF. i tried doing this but no luck ugh looks like i am going have to take it get installed
