Project lose an Olsen Twin

dont lose the weight, just rebuild it into muscle. A good program is to bulk up first, train like a power lifter and get muscle mass underneath. Then start to shed a bit of weight and at least you will have the mass underneath to start showing some definition.

I just don't wanna be as fat haha

if you cut out the shitty foods, like mcdonalds and eat better things such as steak turkey and fish and working out a few days out of the week, you'll loose weight and gain muscle like crazy. i've been doing this for the past 3 months and eating lots and lots and have lost around 2% bf and gained lots of muscle. not working full time for definition yet though.

apparently you dont get the fact that the subaru was wrapped around a pole. and by the status of your comment, im guessing your mouth is too.
