ingramcaraudio Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 The only stuff i'd take is creatine but it never helped me i just lift and run without any of that stuff a easy way to get what you want is lifting and playing a sport like basketball or semi pro football. TeejayBee Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 this is me now 5'9" 130 on a good day
nautical7 Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 ^ thats how I was all in highschool. Same height and only 5 lbs heavier. It also really depends on your body and how it will react to what you take and how fast your metabolism works. I use the post-workout stuff that you mix into milk and have always liked the taste and it seems to work pretty good, never taken a whey mix though. If you're just trying to get cut then do more reps of less weight. Make sure when doing your abs to work all the muscles and not just the 'packs', do every muscle around that area as well.
bcpballer64 Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 this is me now 5'9" 130 on a good day might i just add that is an awesome shitter. a few summers ago i was trying to bulk up my muscle for football (i was trying to make varsity) and i got the whey protein from walmart. i put on 30 pounds of muscle and lost like 7% body fat. i mixed it in a blender i put triple the amount of powder than needed, i then added some sugar free chocolate syrup and two tbsp of smooth JIFF peanut butter and filled it up to the 32oz mark with skim milk, blended it then i would drink it after morning wight lifting all summer and drink about a gallon of water through out the rest of the day. edit: i went from 235 to 265 tho weight wise. now im trying to lose it (up to 325 now) "The strongest reason for people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." -- (Thomas Jefferson)

bcpballer64 Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 how did u gain 30 pounds of muscle thats crazy i'm 260 and to gain 5 pounds of muscle it would take me about a month to a month in a half. lifting for an hour and forty five minutes with 15 minutes running, then doing hard physical labor on the farm for 8 hours after our 6-8am morning workouts. idk exactly how but thats what i did. and that was the first really serious time i had worked out for multiple months. 00_XJ Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 P90X, recommend it to everyone. I went from 220 (looked alot like you) to 175 (toned chest, arms , back, and a six pack for the first time if my life) in 3 months without ever stepping foot in a gym. For supplements I only used AdrenaLean (CLA) and whey protein. Don't forget diet, it's one of the most important thing and dedication, you're gonna struggle, especially until you see results. Just keep at it and I promise it'll be worth it. 2000 Jeep Cherokee -DC Audio -Memphis -Audioque -SecondSkin -Pioneer -KnuKonceptz
