This is one hell of an impressive build. You have given me some courage to try glassing my doors. Not to mention the Dayton midbass drivers I'm looking at now.

First off, this build proves that price tags dont improve quality, great work improves quality. Your taurus looks great man, I was planning on doing second skin, but i think i changed my mind, peal and seal looks like the better option for me. Hope all goes well with your hail damage, id go midnight blue also. btw your A pillars are sick, i wouldnt wrap them, the paint looks great as is.

First, thanks alot for the support man , and glad you like the work !!! Second though i would suggest you do a lot of research before doing the Peel & Seal , So far it has worked well for me but a ton of people warn against it so i am in the minority !! LOL Second Skin is a great product and actually meant for car audio, but the Peel & Seal is very similar to some of the earlier and cheaper made products so i guess when it comes to that just do plenty of research man !! Oh also , i dont know if you have heard of him but a friend of mine named Mike Singer makes a great sound deadening product also at a good price.

Ok, i did the voltage increas thing with the two 6 amp diodes and it worked great ! But after having it installed for a week or so , i was actually getting too much voltage. On some cold mornings i was getting over 16 volts !! So today i re-did the wiring and removed one of the 6 amp diodes and now im running in the 15's almost constantly, sometimes in the high 14's when its really warm , but thats not too bad !! Better than frying everything at 16.3 !! In fact my highs amp wouldnt even come on over 16 volts !

Here is what i have now ;
