I could see how they make so much money off people cuz its just like gambling....you get real close to winning, so you buy more bids and it just keeps goin from there. dugee81 Posted November 8, 2010 Report Share Posted November 8, 2010 its real.. its a brilliant design, whoever thought of the original penny auction is probably a millionaire if not billionaire. say you pay $30 for 30 bids. bid on a 2010 ford mustang that is currently at 800 (thats over 80000 bids... $80000 wow), and you use all 30 bids and end up winning. you just got a mustang for $800.30.. which is what like what 98% off of the original price (rough estimate of $30,000). not only did you get a bitchin car for cheap, but beezid just made what, $50,000? before taxes i believe. thats incredible.
