Jeremy1998
Can someone give me the equation to calculate a port? I am pretty sure it depends on tuning frequency and box area. Also, say my box, not including the port is 3 cubes, and the port is 1 cube. Do I make the whole thing 4 cubes, or 3, as in the box area being 2 and the port area being 1? Sanitarium
tuning is for airspace AFTER all displacment. Port length = [(8466.4 * R^2) / (Vb * Fb^2)] - (1.463 * R) R = radius of port Vb = volume of box Fb = tuning frequency.
Jeremy1998
How do I do radius on a square / rectangle? And so you're saying that I add extra space for that the port takes up? Also, I think it would be a good idea to pin this... Just sayin...

Torres
just an fyi...when you put in your dimensions that you want to work with, everything is taken out as displacements. including port displacement. so if it's a 20x20x20 box, and you set your port dimensions to how you want and everything, you still make your box 20x20x20 and put the port in as you want it. nothing changes those dimensions
