Need Box Help for Rebuild

Recommended Posts

anything against using aeros? that could widen possibilities and save airspace

some people say 15-16, some people say 14-16, some people say 12-16 sq inches of port. it all just varies

i dont know how to use them and im trying to get the port firing the same way as the subs. and my subs will be facing away from the interior heres what ive come up with...

if someone could use google sketchup that would be awesome. I the gaskets would overlap a bit but it should still be fine according to my calculations i have 1.25inches left of space :ehh:

Yes sir. Rule of thumb, never go below 15-16 square inches per cubic foot the enclosure is. A 2 cube box should have no less than 30 square

inches of port.

Does that help at all?

Derrick integra had like 8 per cubic haha.

Quite a lot of people are running crazy small ports to get cone area.

I really can't see a way to make aeros work with the width maximum of 30 with subs and port on the same face. Slot port would be easier but you would need to make the box two chambers and have the port split between the two. It was posted a day or two ago about what I'm talking about. I'll see if I can find it
