I like Android the most because my phones touch screen is real nice and is really easy to use. TomToms touchscreen is a PITA to use and certain options/actions are pretty deep in the OS. I hate it. Garmin is nice. It's also simple, but not as simple as Google Navigation. Here's my list from best to worst: Droid, Garmin, TomTom.
