dang i was on the DD site. these woofers can take all that power?? nice. the 2500 series are rated 750rms/3000peak... how much can these take all day?

I have 4 2512´s with around 1300 real watts to each sub and they take it like champs!!

for now i just have a rockford t5001bd (newest models). you think it will be good for now? the birthsheet says it does 798 rms @ 1 ohm.

About the amp, well it should do the work for now, but i would try to get something like a sundown 1500.1 in the future so you can set the gains nice and clean without any clipping.

Well, can you take measures of the box?? post them and i´ll tell you if the box has a good design or if it´s just better to buy him only the sub and build a new box, yes it looks like a cheap kind of wood but you can always brace it and even fiber glass the interior if you want

I installed a 12" one in one of my dads cars and its on a RF Power1000 (980wrms) and it laughs at that power, I wanted to throw it on my t10001bd @ 15.5-16v. It benched 1629wrms @ 14.4v... So yes they are monsters but still have good SQ, and at $180 you better believe I would have already bought it.
