Have them hooked up to the SAZ-3500 @ 1 ohm. they are bumpin hard. have the gain set at about 1/4 a little under half. Any higher you can hear the subs start to bottom out or clip. Not sure what the noise it but its not happening anymore Have the Subsonic filter at about 15hz. Does that sound correct? Bass boost is all the way down and LPF is to. Should i change these???

Oh yea and my main question is will they get louder after they break in???

Subsonic filter cuts out bass under it's setting. When you tune a box the port allows the sub to safely play down to it's tuning or slightly under and is able to control the subwoofer to that frequency. When you get way below that (lower bass means your sub is moving even more) the port will not be able to control the cone and the sub acts as if in free air and there is nothing to control the subwoofer from damaging itself. LPF cuts out frequencies above it. 80hz and below is pretty much nothing but bass which is what you want from your subwoofer. Leave your gain where it's at for now. Make these changes. Set all radio EQs flat. No bass boost or crap like that and MAYBE turn the gain up slightly if it still sounds VERY CLEAN AND UNDISTORTED. There's better explanations then this if you look in the amplifier section. This is just a quick overview. No offense but you have a powerful little system to not know about these things. What's your box specs?

Frequency is the highest frequency your subs will play. And setting the subsonic 5 hz below keeps the subs from playing too low for the box and damaging themselves

Its over sized but i talked to rusty personally and he said itll all work out

8 cubes after displacement @ 33hz. Subs has 1 extra spider to stiffen the suspension up.
