iKidwell
well, since i'm guessing its stock electrical, 2 sa-12's on an ap1500d...sa-12's will be about 160 each, amp is 150. total isn't that much and it'll be pretty loud if you do it right Quote c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old. i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer. 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan Build in Progress
7jezuz7
Is this old style Impala or new because I think that in 05 they have both models. For the older model you can go up to 34" width wise. Unless of course you're putting things on the sides. And as for subs I would say something along the lines of 600rms and in 12" like the sa's stated above. SlamDUNKmyJUNK
If by the old model, you mean the one that is no longer in production, yes. And ya, I think it is 34, when I measure, I got around 33, however, it was 1 am in pitch blackness, so I just wanted to make sure. Ha And where can i get em for 160, On the website it's 190. And Ap 1500? Or Aq?
7jezuz7
Yep man DC looks to be awesome I don't think they'll go over you $700 range for subs you'll probably have enough left for a decent amp. I just bought one not too long ago, a Level 3 12" and I can't wait to actually put it in a box! My guess is that it's probably getting 500rms with my amp. I got mine for less as it was used. But yea seems great http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7E-5Z_TMH0 Quote An Audio Technix 18" Strato on a Kicker KX120.2 My Youtube Bass Vids Updates When Possible... THEKINGsBACK
Contact thorhammer or wcarusty for prices nobody is going to post them on here Quote he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:
