RWD CAR with good trunkspace and power?

Recommended Posts

I would like to put either 2 15s(preferred) or 2 12s in the back of a car...

Criteria is basically: Used, stick shift, rwd, seats 4+, and has trunk space. Turbo would be great, but is fine either way.

I know that loud music =/= 0-60 performance. But being able to step on the gas and have a car start flying puts just as big of a smile on my face as does rear view mirror breaking amounts of bass.

Why not have the best of both worlds?

Any suggestions?

Thunderbird super coupes are fun, but not enough room for you. Also OP, budget would be nice. I would say something like a Charger with a hemi, but idk if you are looking to spend that much.

Surprisingly Mustangs have a pretty large trunk, just a small opening so that big boxes need to be built in the trunk.

I love mine, close to about 265 hp with mods, plus 100shot of dry nos for nights at the track, 5 speed, all for under $3500.. not a bad deal

I'd hit that so fucking hard whoever pulled me out would be King of England.

Lol... looks like we were on the same page. Car-B-Ques suck.

ya, tires and paint burning make the marshmallows taste funny.

what kind of car is it, you could do 2 low powered 12s in a ported box and it would sound good, i had a friend with 2 12s that were like 150rms each with a 200 watt rms amp in a ported box that would pound in his nissan 300zx

impala ss or chevy caprice

^^this

The impala is fwd / auto

The caprice is rwd / auto

I would be more willing to give up an maual trans for a rwd car.

How much effort is it to build a box inside the trunk of a mustang? Assemble everything with screws, cut holes, etc... Then take it apart, apply glue, and screw, all inside the trunk?
