General
Doors closed or doors open doesn't matter in this case. For example i use the scores from the competition in Rosmalen 2010: Measured closed: 154,1 Measured open: 152,1 The reason... This car is build for EMMA competitions. (European Mobile Media Association) The European league for SQ and SPL competitions. In this competition a cd is used with musical tracks without any serious basslines in it. You can find those silly audio tracks @ www.emmanet.com The official scores can be found there too. You can imagine why this install hit so loud when there IS some bass in it! btw, This isn't my car! It's the car from some team mates of me. (Chris and Maikel) I will search for more pics and some footage on youtube. (i know there are, but still haven't found them) p.s. Hopefully will Matt (TheJoose) respond to this topic since he was his oponent last season. ______Some people and performances are beyond words______ Chairman of the foundation "Propper-Droppers Holland" 2012 Founder of the European delegation of `Propper-Droppers' 2011 Dutch Champion EMMA SQ MultiMedia advanced 2010 European Champion EMMA SQ experienced 5 channel 2007 Dutch Champion EMMA SQ experienced 5 channel 2007 BeNeLux vice Champion dB-drag street-A 2007 Dutch vice Champion dB-drag ministreet-sedan 2004 _________________________________________ Propper Droppers is about deep, ground wobbling, elephant-and-whale stimulating Street Bass. Team_DC-Derrick
well the reason I am asking these questions is because of this 167,+dB on MUSIC! (measured with TL on windshield)170+dB dBdrag style (till the windshield collapsed) but then you say Measured closed: 154,1Measured open: 152,1 did it ever do that 167+ on music? and if so, how? if it did a 154.1 closed, and a 152.1 open thats where all these questions are coming from The DC Integra 3 18s to 6 15 build log Team_DC-Derrick's Youtube Team DC Audio where theres a will theres a wall....... I just realized Steve has reach Voldemort status, over on JP's site he is the one who will not be named....."We dont speak his name over here, fearing it will destroy us" LOL not even in hush tones
General
No problem. Like i said (sorry if my English is crap), the 170+ scores are with normal music (Lil' John and stuff like that) on Termlab. The 155+ scores are with the official EMMA tracks (without a trace of bass) and measured on AC, so these scores are much lower. 2 different types of competitions.. 2 different types of measurments.. 167,+dB on MUSIC! (measured with TL on windshield) (lil'John tracks) Highest official score on MUSIC: 154,1dB (EMMA's ESPL contest, measured with AudioControl on headrest) (EMMA tracks) 170+dB dBdrag style (till the windshield collapsed) (frequenty puls) ______Some people and performances are beyond words______ Chairman of the foundation "Propper-Droppers Holland" 2012 Founder of the European delegation of `Propper-Droppers' 2011 Dutch Champion EMMA SQ MultiMedia advanced 2010 European Champion EMMA SQ experienced 5 channel 2007 Dutch Champion EMMA SQ experienced 5 channel 2007 BeNeLux vice Champion dB-drag street-A 2007 Dutch vice Champion dB-drag ministreet-sedan 2004 _________________________________________ Propper Droppers is about deep, ground wobbling, elephant-and-whale stimulating Street Bass. uhoh_45
wtf 167 music? is that possible out of 4 18s? Yes, I don't know about on music, but there are a couple people in DB Drag doing this number in SS 3/4, Im sure extreme is even louder. (edit) ^^^ he beat me to it anyone ever stop to think that it could be tuned high in the upper 40s to achieve that kind score impressive none the less High 40's is NOTHING when doing one note wonders... With SPL, most are tuned in the 50-70's... ote] no boiler i know this i was saying this for music because its hard to find music in the 50s-70s R.I.P!
