make it the same size of the inside of the port opening. that way you can drill a couple of holes in your rear deck and screw into the port. you say theres no room but you should be able to get some screws in it from the inside of the car. your port has to be longer also so it will butt up against the rear deck then you can seal it to the rear deck

yea there will probably room to screw some screws in but the deck is nota flat surface and i cant make it any longer without making the port larger on one side and smaller on the other side. I wont be able to seal it off but this way most of the air will go directly into the cabin

If you just extended the port into the rear deck and kept it the same opening dimensions, you would lower the tuning. I read through it, and I don't think anyone answered that question.

yep thanks, i kept all the dimensions the same and raised it 2.75 inches and its tuned to my liking now. Just wondering how i should cut the square into the deck
