Ray I'm kinda surprised by your personal build so far. I've seen the customer builds you do, and you've done some REALLY loud setups. I have a feeling you're holding back or something cuz I figured someone with all your experience and knowledge would be BRing 60s by now. I mean no disrespect by this post, I'm just curious why you're going "smaller". I still cant believe what you got outta those two AA 12s though...wow. I need that box design!

1989 Chevy Caprice Classic
350ci V8 High Performance

JVC Arsenal HU

JL XR series components

Infinity Reference 6x9s

Pioneer Premier 4-Channel

Clarion 2-Channel

Rockford Fosgate Series 1 2-Channel

Fusion 2000.1D

MTX Crossover

RF, Knu, Kicker, and Monster wiring

NVX VCW 12in. Sub **Won on here from the Sonic contest!**

*Build log coming soon!*

Starting all over pretty much which the gear listed...lost almost everything I had, including my life. Never take life and what's in it for granted.

thanks.

I can explain a little.

so... you want a 60's BR truck.

what do you do??

build a wall, throw a bunch of subs in it and hope for the best?

Or do a crap load of testing on a smaller scale, and figure out what will do it and cost the least..

I am ramping up the scale here shortly, to see what I can do NO-WALL and with somewhat of a budget.

Neither myself or the shop has 30k to just throw in 20 mayhems and 60k rms.

so I am just building lots of boxes and trying out different woofer combo's that I have here laying around to come up with the best solution.

I am very happy with the results so far.

And I do think come bako, or maybe my show on the 26th march, we will see what is possible with "cheaper" subs in a no-wall config.
