HPI_Savage25
Ok so I am looking at getting a new truck. I found one that I love and I know the owner personally as he is who sponsors me for ATV racing. Anyways it is a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 extended cab Z71 4wd with 130k miles, 3in lift, 20" wheels, 38" tires, 3" exhaust, no cats, stage 2 programmer, cold air intake, and a small system along with a CD player. Also has a toolbox. Overall the truck is really nice and clean. As far as I know this truck has never really been in mud, never seen it muddy and this guy keeps it EXTREMELY CLEAN! Anyways I'm seriously looking at it but he never gave me a price and don't want to insult him. I'll try to get some pics soon. Thanks Quote Breaking in a sub is like breaking in your girl before you pound her....
hdorre
Cool. Why don't you look at Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds prices. HPI_Savage25
It may not be the same other places but for one, KBB prices is way off where I live....and the fact that it has quite a bit done KBB and such doesn't take that into account. For example I had a 1988 Dodge RamCharger, KBB for it was around $750-1000 and I sold it for $1900. KBB and Edmunds just sucks for pricing a truck out in my area, all there is to it. I would look into other listings in your area and see what ballpark range those are going for just so you get an idea.
ingramcaraudio
I want to know how he fit 38's with only a 3 inch lift unless he trimmed the fender. Do you have any pics? It may be a body lift, instead of suspension. Just by picturing it, i can see it fitting but rubbing on U turns Quote On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread
00_XJ
10k-12k down here, my buddy just bought an 04 with 97 thousand miles, leveling kit and 33" BFG Mud Terrains for 9500 and the guy was a close friend. Prices tend to be higher down here though since everyone drives/needs a truck. Ricky A.
i highly doubt its just a 3 inch lift. i bet its 6 inch with a 3 inch body lift. i have a 98 f150 4x4 offroad. which naturally sits higher than an 03 z71 and ive got a 2 inch suspension and 3 inch body and i BARELY fit 35.5's and i had to cut off my mudflaps lol Quote BUILD LINK: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/112034-2-sundown-18s-98-f-150/page__p__1565972__fromsearch__1#entry156597298 Ford F-150Truck:37" superswamper tsl radials16" ion alloy wheels3" body lift2" suspension liftOffbrand brushguardPIAA driving lights6000K HID'sSystem:2 18" Sundown NightshaedAq3500Custom Fiberglass boxfosgate T1 6x8 Coxialsbass inferno 2000 watt 4 channel2 XS power d3100's0 Gauge
iKidwell
if you're in the southeast part of the us expect to pay 10 or over i'd say..chevy and ford pickups are worth more in ky than most bmw's and benz's hah Quote c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old. i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer. 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan Build in Progress
HPI_Savage25
Yeah I think it's a 6" also but he said 3" so I'm not sure. And yeah down here in GA truck prices are always more expensive Quote Breaking in a sub is like breaking in your girl before you pound her....
