whosAmp Posted January 8, 2011 Report Share Posted January 8, 2011 Alright so here's what I'm working with... Height: 16" Width: 28" Depth: 21" And i have two 12" subs that need an 11" cut. Here is a design that I came up with... I'm having trouble because the outer rim of the sub will overlap the port and off the side of the box. Should I just make the port 2" wide which would change the frequency to 31.50 Hz? So what frequency should I be aiming for, for daily use with no competitions? Just want a nice, clean, deep sound. And i need a design that won't overlap the port/edge of the box. So any input would be greatly appreciated! i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer. Have you considered doing a basic L-slot port enclosure firing either on the passenger or driver side of the box?
