BeachJoshua Posted January 17, 2011 Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 I turned 18 yesterday and for my birthday I got 2 SA-12's Dual 4 ohm 600 watts each. Currently I have 4 Kicker Comp 12s running 1000 watts I believe they are rated for 150 each. I know it is frowned upon to ask if something will be louder, but I hit 140 to 142 with my setup now, are these two going to be as loud? I know the SA-12s are higher quality, handle more power, and overall are better subs, but I'll cut my cone area in half. Both setups would be tuned to 30 to 33 hz for the box.
