dwright27
So, after getting the 6s my tranny likes to gear down to compensate for the extra weight. Would changing my gear ratio help with this to keep it in overdrive? Quote 2006 F-150 4 DC XL M2 18's Walled Daily Driver XS Power 4 DC 3.5kw Team DC Team S.P.L. Ray
Go to a little bit lower gear.. Say from a .373 to a .410 Or whatever your gear set is. That will help keeps the rpm's up thus keeping it in od more Quote 2008 California state record holder 157.2 Bassrace2009 California state record holder 157.0 BassraceRollin 50's 158.7db2009 King of Cali Bassrace2009 USACi score 160.5 @ 42hz
00mgm
Your mustang probably has .355 is you make em lower like a .410 itll make your car feel lighter and really wake it up. But to stay in over drive the longest the best thing for that would probably be a tune with higher shift points i think.
