Twigz Posted September 5, 2007 Author Report Posted September 5, 2007 that's pretty much all that we've got done, im getting a Crunch GP3000, and we are going to make a custom plexi glass box for it, itll be behind the driver/passenger seat where the person in the back sits and rests their feet, we will have the box their, and mayb if their is room, which I think their will be we'll have the Batteries inside the box as well, and light it up ofcourse. After that, we have to make pods for the 6x9's and find a place for them, and than we have to get some components. I hope you all liked my build it was my first one. I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

One suggestion, run at least a 2x4, wedged tightly, glued and screwed, in between those subs to the back wall. For those beasts, you will need more support then that. Twigz Posted September 5, 2007 Author Report Posted September 5, 2007 the top piece, I don't think we can brace it because theirs absolutely no room, but the inside, and the sides is all braced so what we did lol, was we screwed as many screws on the top as possible. if anyone has suggestions i'd love to hear it. As for these subs being blown with music, they havent been used in 4 years or so, and they never been pushed to their limit or abused. Fear The Quack! Shot at 2007-08-19

Trust me i know how hard that shit is. remember if you ever "need" more airspace you can butcher a hole in the bottom, a nice round one, and glass into the well for a few more cubes..... omg u have no idea how hard this shit was lol, when he was drilling in the baffle, i had to sit inside the trunk, and push with my legs and try to get the baffle as high up as it would fit all while supporting the 2 15's on my chicken legs. when I got out of the car my legs felt like Jello, and I had to do this multiple times lol. When he was doing the glueing, he was so deep into the box/trunk it was like he had his head up an elephants ass. by the time he was done, u couldnt even see the color of his skin on his fingers it was all covered in glue. and a couple of times glueing, we got it on parts we didn't want like the coil, and magnet.
