I've built both and noticed that the one with the port on the side, you might run into loading issues with the subs closer to the port opening (the right one). audiofanaticz Posted January 25, 2011 Report Share Posted January 25, 2011 Ive always had great luck with a center firing port like the above image with subs firing up port back, or port and subs firing back. Only thing in the above box is it has no center divider in the mouth of the port. This usually made a big difference spl wise. Like the 2 45s in the center of the port to form a triangle to force the air out of each chamber into the port Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
