what bit for sub cutouts

I Cant move the router any faster or shit catches on fire and its throwin sparks and the bits only been used twice i think its just the bit sucks ass haha. Its a diablo straight bit.

spl dust is an option you can get on the coils... it's great for extra 1000 watts of power

where can i get this spl dust and how much is it. is it hard to apply? lol

i use a 1/4" upspiral freud bit

also not to threadjack, but when i cut out speaker rings for my 6.5s (with flush mount) i have to make 4 cuts right? how do i know what measurments i have to make?

I used a spiral down cut bit, i used a up cut at first, but ive had less problems with my down cut one. it coulda been my crappy router though too

Sound like its time to get a new/better router.

I like down cut bit, I hate MDF dust and def don't want all that crap shooting up towards my face anymore then a down cut already does by using a up cut bit.
