Why not keep the port on the face? Looks to have plenty of space for it?

What do you mean? In the rendering I just posted the port is on the face.

To get the airspace I need for 2 level 4 10s I have to add the extra part on top. I have designed it to fit perfectly in my truck. The box works out to be 2.03ft3 after displacements tuned to 37hz

DAMN that awesome thanks alot! Looks way better than mine. I felt like a little kid learning how to use an etchasketch using google sketch up.

WOW both of those look great! I cant wait to build the box. The port is 22" long. I think I am going to add a second baffle to the front to inset the subs and wrap it in the same black CF vinyl that I used in my truck.
