bassfreak85
I'd get your money back from the shop. It's one thing to bring gear, and tell them to make it work. But to say, I need it to be like x, and they fail. No Bueno i do agree. you do what the customer ask. if they don't like it its there fault. Ken Gonzales
So yes I will be getting my money back and some because as I was looking into turning the box around I seen they actually cut pieces of my trunk in order to get the box into the trunk as well as damaged the box as well. So much for taking it to a so called professional.

That would be the first thing I would tell a customer so they know what I am doing to their vehicle, that they bought, with their money. Ken Gonzales
No, all they told me after getting the box in was they had to remove the trunk latch. So I had no idea they were going to do that and from cutting the trunk it tore the carpet on the box and put divots in the actual box. It was very unprofessional the way they handled it. RooTxBeeR
Yeah that is not right lol. If modifications needs to be done to the car, the customer should ok them before they are done. That's at least how I feel about it. As I am sure many, many others. Ken Gonzales
Yea I might've been fine with it, but since they did it so quickly it actually causes water to leak into my trunk because it was the lip where the weatherstripping attaches. I think they should've built it in the trunk so they knew their measurements were right and it could've been built to the correct dimensions as well

I would go to small claims because I bet any money they are going to refuse to give you it back. They fucked up.
