I guess since everyone swear up and down I clipped them that I clipped them. I figured it wasn't clipping but maybe over powering since the American Bass manual says 1500 rms but the magnet under the sub says 2000 rms ...so I didn't know which one to go by really.. I don't think that overpowering was your main problem. It may have made things worse but I don't think it was the true killer in this case. It's possible so where did you get them from is the million dollar question because you should be able to return them for a swap. Also call Bob, he can probably help you with something.
