I was playing my system when all of a sudden my subs go off and my lights start dimming in and out constantly and I'm like WTF. I check my amp and I notice that the protect light is also flickering, I turn the radio off and it stops but when I turn it back on it starts again. Then I when under the hood and took the fuse out, might I also add that the fuse is hot, then I turn the radio on the flickering stops....until I put the the fuse back in. What do you guys think the problem is? You could try opening the amp up, if there is a problem big enough to dim the lights it should be obvious from a quick look, just make sure it doesnt void your warintee, worth a look though.
