it was a bitch to try to fish this wire through the factory boot so i just went next to it and used tech-flex to keep it clean and durable.

there really isn't a good spot for the passive crossover and i am not a fan of just dropping it inside the door cavity. I like to at least mount them when i can. I found a little pocket in the door and decided to make a little sunk-in platform for it to sit on. It actually worked great! Super sturdy and out of the way. It is also on TOP of the moisture barrier so it shouldn't see much water.
