Terrible day... Woke up at 3am screaming because of a cramp in my leg Woke up late-ish @ 7am for work and could not walk b/c of the cramp. Hobbled around for about 20minutes working it out before my boss called pissed off bc i missed our Conf Call. Sat in a half ass crouching position in the shower bc of my leg Worked 12 hours today busy as shit, soo ready for december to be over. Customers pissing me off Emplyees pissing me off Hobbling around the motherfucking store. Employees whining about other employees stealing sales on one of the busiest days of the fucking year Take an hour break nap for 20 minutes Wake up pissed off bc it wasnt enough of a nap As soon as a wake up, whining ass employees again. Calling on my break waking me up and shit One employeed doesnt understand the simplicity of a wireless swap, fucks it all to hell and causes register to be $90 short I'm off work at 7:30pm at this point I come home for my wife to love me and rub my leg, and she's too busy watching a stupid fucking movie and doest even talk to me for 2 hours Then tries to make it up at this point im furious, just leave me the fuck alone. Cant get a server worth a shit on L4D2 Store starts calling me about the cash shortage They cant figure it out so i have to drive back to the store at 9:45 and figure it out bc they fucking cant Figured i'd stop and et some chinese food while i was forced to be out. Oh no doubt man, i know there are some good people behind the scenes at some of them. I'm not trying to hate, it was just too good not to share. Heck yea man, one more week. I love working on black friday. It's the funnest day of the year. I'm also looking foward to the dress code change, FTW!

So most of you know that i'm a store manager with RadioShack. If you dont, it helps to know this for the story. Sort of a short story, but one i had a great deal of laughter with. So this guy comes in my store today with a piece of receipt paper from Best Buy with "impedance doubler" wrote on it. He hands it to me and says nothing but: "I need one of these". I read it, then turned it over and looked at the back which had their legal info and what not on the receipt, proving it was from them. Now i'm thinking "what the fuck is an impedance doubler?!" So I asked him what he was needing it for. He tells me he has 2 4ohm speakers and wants to wire them into his amp that has an 8ohm output. At this point, i'm dying on the inside. I mean really? So i asked what part of Best Buy sent you here to get this? He told me the mobile audio dept. So this is a really big face palm. I explained to him that he did not need his "impedance doubler" but rather it is in the way the speakers are wired to the amp that determines the impedance. I drew him up a diagram of the way he needed to wire it. He was baffled and thankful that he didnt have to spend any money. He then went on his way. I had a good time after this with my employees making fun of Best Buy. I don't get to use my audio knowledge much at the shack on account of us not selling car audio stuff, so my brain never even went this way until i asked him what it was for. Good times.

That's a cracked LCD bro. I have people try to pass those by me for warranty work all the time. "IDK how it got this way, umm i was just using it, and it went black." Then when you turn it at an angle you can see the broken lines of where impact came from.

That is not true. I guarantee the computer you are using (if a desktop) is using VGA. It is not blurry. The only blurry connections are rca, and s video. At least 90% of the world still use VGA. My computer is hooked up on DVI. Can i tell a difference? nope. Why do i use it? because its there. It's all in your resolution of your dealing with VGA, DVI, HDMI, or Component. As long as your resolution is set on the computer to match the native resolution on the tv, you are gold. If its a 720 tv, it will be XXXX x 720. If its a 1080 tv, it will be XXXX x 1080. If your TV doesnt have a vga port on it, you will have to go vga to rca, and it wont be great for typing, and browsing the net. It wont be HD while watching movies, but will be tolerable.
