  5. made for the new GM 5.3/6.0 motors. i purchased this for my vehicle but come to find out it would not work with my engine (5.7L) if any of you guys are in the market to run a dual alternator setup this is for you. average pricing for this bracket and belt is almost 400 dollars http://www.4alterstart.com/pages/store/sku...rt.com/brackets since its just sittin in storage and costing me 56 dollars a month to just sit in there i need to get rid of it. 275 plus shipping and its yours. thx guys
  6. im serious though. i need to start filming my experiences i had 2 more hilarious reactions today when someone sat in my vehicle with me WHY ME!!! i always forget.
  7. ok steve.... i have a question. i dont wanna take my subs back out cuz it leaves a hole in my box ya know and it wont tighten down the same as the first time, BUT would u recommend doing 45 degree corners inside my box? been told it could help or hurt... u know im not going for maximum SPL but i would still like to improve my scores. i have fiberglass and all that good stuff i could coat the inside with but if its more of like a looks thing rather than helping the sound and scores of it i wont use it. whats your thoughts.
  8. hes hittin that high in the kick. uses a tc sounds 4hp with 2 adassa audio warlords
  9. lol there was a guy today i let in my ride. he has a single 15" treo ssx on about 1000 watts. he seen what i had in the back. well let me just say i wish i had a camera. it was the funnest shit ive ever seen HAHAHAHA. he was actually considering a memphis mojo 15 before he sat in my ride with the ssx18s. i just love seeing your videos cuz u actually film it haha. but im sure its the same effect. its great. my belt it still sqealing so im tryin not to demo as much right now. need a 121" 6 ribbed belt and it wont squeal anymore. nice work bro. i finally understand where these people are coming from when they feel it for the first time.
  10. well for less than a hundred dollars more than a yellowtop. i think its worth every penny.
  11. ive had no problems and nobody i know that runs a 2400 under the hood has a problem either.
  12. one hc2400 equals close to 4 yellowtop batteries.
  13. well i partially fixed the squelch from the belt. haha didnt do it the way normal people would. they didnt make a belt that fit perfect so i bought a belt that was 2 inchs smaller. took off the belt tensioner and put the belt on and now it works great. still has a slight screech like u said taking off or w/e but after that its fine. a lil belt dressing and there is nothing. steve look at nappa belts for one that u need. they might have one for u. and sorry but u beat me to the 4 18's so i had to beat u at something
  14. yes they would sell just the bracket. u would have to go through a shop though. a normal consumer cant go through ohio gen. and i have no clue about the size of belt. but it seems to be a HAIR to big. so i have to look into a tad smaller one if they make one. if not figure out something to stop the squeaking haha. and well the bracket itself was over 400 dollars including the belt. not sure ext price just know it was under 500. and the alts were purchased from a local guy here and another off ca forum. definetly drops the idle down ALOT. lots of stress on the engine with it. i can notice the difference.
  15. my subs inverted seem fine but i have never heard them down in the box either.
  16. actually i still have mine it the 2 alts bolt to the ac :^ SO HA. ill be startin my thread now. have some pics up. and its ungodly loud.
  17. i offically have 3 alternators in my truck now! ill post pictures here up soon. bought a bracket from Ohio generator. i mount 2 alts onto my air conditor and one in my stock position. and they even had a belt for it. BOOYA!
  18. a 60 yard field goal though. tied for 4th longest in nfl history. thats what amazed me. im a hardcore colts fan but he hit a 60 yarder down the pipe so they deserve to win that. i was impressed. but its not playoffs so o well
  19. i have the same engine. i put dual flowmasters on mine. put on the K&N FIPK. computer programmer to change the gear ratio and everything else u can on the computer. just doing that ive noticed a huge change
